The wait for Darksiders II is almost over. THQ has dated Darksiders II for release on June 26, 2012 for US and June 29, 2012 for Europe. Additionally, Darksiders II will feature various retailer specific pre-order bonuses at launch.
For those who pre-order in the US, the pre-orders are as follows:
- Gamestop: “Death Rides” Pack which features several exclusive side-quests in the Maker’s Realm and Dead Plains (adding roughly two-hours to the game). Players will also earn additional experience and loot.
- Best Buy: “Angel of Death” Pack which includes a “unique set of enhanced armor” with an angel-inspired design, a pair of upgraded scythes and a exclusive visual trail for Dust (your companion crow).
- Amazon: “Deadly Despair” Pack which provides the player a faster horse.
